Short Term Tenancies: If you require a short term tenancy please make sure you inform us. If this information is not given you will be entered into a standard contract of which you will be held to give one full quarters notice to terminate your tenancy.

Notice: One full quarter's notice is required in writing. Expiry of the tenancy to take place on the given quarter date (being: 25th March, 24th June, 29th September and 25th December).

Tenancy Extension: All extensions must be applied for in writing prior to the expiration of tenancy period or a £25 fee may apply. The minimum period that you may extend for is one calendar month, some extension may be subject to additional charges.

Transfers: Should you require a transfer to another garage, a charge of £50 will be levied for this service unless there is a maintenance problem, confirmed by our site operative.

Dimensions: With the exception of Gloucester Crescent where we have larger units, garages are generally standard size being approximately 120sq ft.

Maintenance: We operate our own in-house maintenance division who are on call Monday to Friday, to satisfy any queries that you may have.

For your protection as well as ours, we have a standard Tenancy Agreement, which all clients/renters are required to sign, which details the general terms and conditions; a copy
of which can be emailed/faxed to you. We do not accept any responsibility for motor vehicles/goods stored in the garage, nor for access/egress and we therefore suggest that,
if insurance is required, you contact your own insurers.
