Have a look below at some of the people we have working for Secure Parking & Storage.
Matt Vosper has worked in a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and social housing. Prior to joining Secure Parking & Storage in 2015 as Operations Manager, Matt spent six years with Plymouth Community Homes, where he was involved with the development of new build properties and the installation of the country’s largest solar PV project.
Matt’s experience in the social housing sector means that he is well placed to understand our customers’ requirements in relation to their garage and parking needs.
Andrew Milne began his career in the construction industry. In 1993, he cofounded Spring Grove plc, which became one of the leading providers of property maintenance services to the social housing sector.
Spring Grove floated on the stock market in 2000 and went on to pioneer true partnerships with over 40 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), delivering major tenant and local community changes.
Andrew sold the company in 2005. Since then, Andrew has established Low Carbon Exchange, the UK’s leading provider of photovoltaic (PV or solar) and energy-efficient solutions to RSLs, and Secure Parking & Storage. His experience of meeting the needs of the social housing sector across a number of areas makes him uniquely qualified to identify and assist RSLs with their garage and parking portfolios.
Tim Woodcock established Secure Parking & Storage with Andy Milne in 2008 following their purchase of 250 lockup garages from A2 Dominion. Prior to this he worked in the Private Equity Industry, initially with 3i and then Sun Capital Partners before founding Oakfield Capital Partners, also in 2008.
Tim has held Board Director positions in a number of public and private companies and is currently a Non-Executive Director at Jolly Fine Group, a gastro pub company based in South West London, and Freedom Brewery, a leading craft lager producer. Tim has a degree in Commerce from Birmingham University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand.
